What Is The Remedy For White Thick Chunky Discharge From Vagina That Itches?

Ok so I'm 14 years old and I am sexually active with my boyfriend of 1 year and 5 months I am noticing this white kind of think chunky discharge from my vagina and I'm worried it itches and I'm afraid this will effect out sex life, neither of us have any diseases or anything but I don't want to tell my mo or anybody at all so what can I do at home to get rid of it?
