What Is The Remedy Of Pilonida Sinus ?

Hello, I'm known to have pilonidal sinus, I keep the area clean as best I can do. Now it's summer I'm getting a pimple that full of puss it pops. what can I put on it so it doesn't get infected. Once it's pops it leave like a punch wound (little hole).

The definite management of pilonidal sinus is surgical intervention to take out the contents otherwise this is bound to recur and get repeated infections. Therefore, consult a general surgeon regarding this.
