General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
Firstly you should not get so worried about the dent. It is probably a part of your personality now. The only way to get rid of it however would be to see a Reconstructive Surgeon who might advice putting some plaster to fill the defect and then cover it back with your skin or a skin graft. But it would be quite a lot of effort for a small dent and the result might not be as clean as you might want. Anyway, you can consult a Reconstructive Surgeon who can advice you various options.
All the best.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
