What Is The Remedy To Overcome Painful And Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

Hi, i used to get my periods regularly for 6-7 days but just before my marraige i took the pils to delay my periods...thereafter i got it..but the next month i got it delayed by four days and the other month by almost 18 days..and its v v painful and heavy bleeding wit clots..and vomitting..plzz help
