What Is The Remedy To Reduce Swelling Caused By Boil On Penis?

I have a liquid-filled cyst or boil on my penis shaft causing a swelling near the head where I was circumcised. The doctor said to wear loose clothing and didn't really know what it was. Is there anything I can do to reduce the swelling. There is no itching or pain, no drainage, just discomfort. Send answer to my wife's email: YYYY@YYYY

Hi. Liquid filled cyst or boil are very uncommon findings. As this is causing discomfort and you are married , I would advise you to visit a Surgeon, go for the diagnosis and get this removed as may be suggested by Him.
