What Is The Right Dosage For TB?

my father is 70 years old and has TB..the doctor has precribed Akurit 4, 3 tablets per day..his weight was about 50 kgs and has now increased to 53 kg in last 45 days of taking medicine. My confusion is that a couple of other doctors have suggested that the right dosage is 4 tabs. Pl advice.

Dose of isoniazide is 5mg / kg ie 300mg , rifampicin 10 mg/ kg ie 600mg , pyrazinamide 25 mg/kg ie 1500mg n ethambutol 15 mg/kg ie 1000 mg So in my opinion 4 tab of akurit 4 will be appropriate dose for your father .
