What Is The Right Dosage Of Epsolin?

hello i have got meningitis in 2008 in 2010 my doctor advice me instead of taking epsolin 200 mg i should take epsolin 100 mg i started taking 100mg epsolin but in july 2010 i got meningitis attack again now i am taking 300mg epsolin at night.how many years i have to take epsolin ? can it be possible that if i stopped epsolin aagain or take istead of takin 300 mg i should take 200mg i will be suffering again?what r the side effect o this medicine?
