What Is The Right Dosage Of MT Pill To Abortion Early Pregnancy?

I am pregnant and my foetus captured in sonography is just 3.1 mm. I consulted a doctor and undergoing a MTP route for abortion. I have a taken MT pill and have to take 3 more pills after 48 hours. This is recommended by my doctor. But on this forum I found every doctor recommending 4 tablets. Please tell me should I go with my doctor s prescription or I should take 4 tabs.

Incomplete data like you did not mention the names of drugs used in MT pill.

Usually the abortion pills are prescribed as follows:

The MTP kit consists of one large tablet Mifepristone to be taken on empty stomach at once and then after 48 hours of that the 4 tablets of Misoprostol have to be taken orally all together.

After taking full kit, abortion occurs anytime between 6 hours to 5 days.

But in few patients there can be an incomplete abortion, excessive bleeding and infection in that case you have to visit a gynecologist.
