on aug 25th i went to doctor she scanned and said 1 egg has been ruptured and other two eggs are good, on monday and tuesday we had sex , but on wed and thursday he went out of station , is there any chances for me to get pregnant.... actually i got periods on august 10th , so when i have to conduct pregnancy test

Yes, there is a chance of pregnancy. Counting the first day of your period as day#1, most women ovulate right around day#14. There is a fairly large window of fertility around this time. A pregnancy test will turn positive about 2 weeks after conception, so you should check it 2 and 3 weeks after possible conception. Good luck!
