What Is The Severe Pain And Weird Shape To The Knee Cap After A Fall?

Hi, I fell on my knee cap super hard about a month ago, and it really hurts still. I cant walk on it, it's all swollen, bruised, hot, and it has this really weird shape to it. I cant move it or put any weight on it either. What do you think could be wrong with it?
