What Is The Severe Pain In My Pelvis?

I get a very bad pain which seems to be on the left handside of my pubic bone when I am very tired. the pain gets so bad that I have difficulty in walking. It lasts for about 24 hours, then goes. I am a fifty year old healthy female, and my only other medical condition is belpharochalasis syndrome
