hello doctor , my hair contains lots of dirt, when i applied shampoo the hair falls suddenly.... even when i applied masaage on it before shampoo.. i request u to tell me best shampoo and tell what should i do ??? reply soon......................

When u said 'dirt' i think u mean dandruff. Which also explains as to why you are losing hair. A shampoo to get rid of dandruff is Nizoral. Also keep your scalp clean and avoid pollution
