What Is The Sharp Pain Below My Rib Cage Radiating To Legs?

I'm 47 years old, 160pds, 1,66 m height and i have this sharp pain on my left side right under my rib cage that makes me feel weak and gives me headaches and it reflects on my left leg and shoulder and its getting worse to a point that it wakes me up over night

this is hard to say since various conditions may cause similar symptoms such as spleen disorders or thoracis spine disorders. You need more detailed work up to rule out possible diagnises.
