What Is The Side Effect Of Hepatitis Vaccine While Undergoing Dialysis And Chemo?

My husband had a dialysis treatment today. He started dialysis last week Monday and has it three times a week.
He is also having chemotherapy twice a week for light chain myeloma.
Today the nurse gave him a vaccine for hepatitis B. He is feeling somewhat incoherent.
What are some of the side effects of the hepatitis B vaccine with all the other medications he is taking?
