Hi!
Normal platelet count in an adult is between-150000 to 450000 platelets per microlitre of blood.high platelets are above 750000.it can be seen in polycythemia vera, inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis et,,Thrombcytopenia is less than 50000 platelets causes can be -ITP,Fanconi anemia etc..
