Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The small bump next to nipple, which is sore, red and some pus is coming out through it , is most likely to be the small breast abscess.
Breast abscess can develop during breastfeeding and causes such symptoms.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, and get further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
