What Is The Small Cut On The Vagina Along With Itching?

my vag has been itching for awhile now and was really sore and swollen but now that i have been doing the 3 day monistat it went down and now just itches and i have small kinda paper cut look like that is right in the middle on my clint i believe, does this mean i have a STD or anything? please help.
