What Is The Small Lump Below Ear Which Appeared After Piercing Helix?
I got my cartilage pierced (the helix of my ear) and it didn't hurt for the first week or so, however it is now beginning to hurt, I though maybe I had just slept on it but I then found a small lump just below my ear, would just like to know what it's called or what it is! Thank you:)

The lump maybe due to an infection at the piercing site and i think you may have to remove the ear ring for sometime, and apply mupirocin ointment 3-4 times a day. keep the area dry !
