What Is The Small Lump Near The Center Of My Body?

I ve had a silly cough (dry) with no other symptoms of a cold (like headache, pressure, aches, chest heaviness, etc.) for two weeks. I do; however, have a small lump near the center of my body in line with the clavicle bones (might also be described as at the base, base of my neck). Ideas?
