What Is The Small Patch Of Brown Blood Discharge?

I had a small patch of brown blood on my panties yesterday and today I have like very little brown mucus discharge after I wipe my vagina with toilet paper after urinating... Is this normal? I'm 12 and not sexially active . Also, I have not started my period yet and face just satred to break out like crazy..Could this be from my period?
