What Is The Smelly White Discharge After A Laproscopy?

I am 23 years old. I just had a laparoscopy two weeks ago to remove an ectopic pregnancy (my second pregnancy). My partner and I resumed sexual activity about a week ago and since then I have off-white to slightly yellow discharge and odd odor. Is this normal?
