What Is The Solution For Disk Problem?

since three years i am suffering seviour back pain , i undergone many treatements physiotheropy nothing is useless. everyone (doctors) suggest many tablets nothing is working.. My mri report said "mild posterior disk bulge" is there any permanent solution for this!
