What Is The Solution For Extreme Stomach And Eye Pain, Bloating Feeling, Blurred Vision?

Hi, I have been suffer from sever stomach pain, i have been diagnosed with H.Pylori and am waiting to go for a scope. This is the 5th time having it, but for the last number of weeks my stomach has been extremely painful and uncomfortable, bloating feeling. My eyes become painful and my vision can become quiet blurry. I also am suffering from headaches and feel like i am coming down with the flu. I am taking Napramel 40mg and buscopan 10mg. what should I do. should I go the doctor or the hospital. thank you. Evelyn

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can indicate low hemoglobin level due to bleeding from peptic ulcer or even stomach cancer. Blurred vision, headache, weakness, pale skin, dark stool can indicate it.
I suggest you to visit your doctor and have blood work done while waiting for endoscopy. Abdominal ultrasound seems also necessary.
In a meanwhile you should avoid any fatty foods, spicy foods coffee, chocolate, orange juice, alcohol.
