What Is The Solution For Feeling Nausea At Painting Classes?

It may sound crazy, but I have gotten very nauseated in painting classes several times....oil and acrylic. I was tested once for meniures disease, which came back positive. I also take some medicine for arthritis (really for crones disease). Any idea?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,
The sign of getting nauseated may sound funny, but it's possible. It is because of allergy to the chemicals present responsible for stringent smell in oil/acrylic paint.
Prolong exposure to these paints produces allergic rhinitis to the sensitive people. You seem to have this allergy. The symptoms produced include irritation of eyes, respiratory problems, nausea, dizziness, vomiting.
IN sch condition advice given will be,
Avoid contact with the paints( Allergens)
Take anti allergic & anti inflammatory / decongestant drugs with consultation of an ENT specialist
Vapor inhalation is helpful.
If you must continue to paint, get yourself tested for allergy detection &
Desensitization for allergy.
Thanks.
