What Is The Solution For Frustration And Depression During Menopause?

Hi I am so annoyed and very upset that I have been told I have menopause but I am so upset that I just want my body to stop all this bleeding, as every hour I just gotta go and change.I am in a depressed mood and I hate it.I get so frustrated when I am alone , i just dont know what to do with my self...am not eating much at all as when I do I get tummy cramps...I am 50

If bleeding is there in postmenopausal state consultation of a gynecologist is mandatory. Perimenopausal symptoms can be managed medically.
