What Is The Solution For Having Warm Feeling In Feet, Lower Legs And Change Of Color To Red, Gray And Purple?
My feet and lower legs get really warm and i guess they feel a little numb, too, and they turn red, gray, and purple. Sometimes this goes all the way up to my thighs. My hands change color, too, but they are super cold. What is wrong with me and can I improve my circulation by diet? P. S. I'm 16, if that makes any difference.
I can understand your concern for warm feeling in feet, lower legs and change of color to red, gray and purple.
After reading you query I can make out that you are suffering from cold induced injury to the skin. It is know as Livedo reticularis.
Livedo reticularis is a mottled, cyanotic discoloration of the skin, which has a characteristic network pattern. It is accentuated by cold.
For the treatment part most important thing is protection form cold weather. Kinldy wear warm clothing. Do not get exposed to direct cold weather. Do exercise daily. If you are over weight then weight reduction is must.
If at all the things gets worsened then a simple pain killer containing paracetamol or diclofenac can be taken once or twice. You should meet a dermatologist for further guidance.
