What Is The Solution For Icepick Headache That Occurs In Intervals Every Minute?
I seem to be getting what has been described as an ice pick headache. However, I am getting the stabbing pain (2 -3 sec) every minute since yesterday. Went away last night after I took extra strength advil, but is now back again.
I am a migraine sufferer..Have you heard of this?

such ice pick/ stabbing headache occur more commonly in patient of migraine and cluster headache person. it could be due to SUNCT(Short-lasting Unilateral Neuralgiform headache attacks with Conjuctival injection and Tearing) and trigeminal neuralgia as these two condition is to be ruled out. Meanwhile you can try indomethacin and melatonin as these two drugs are found helpful in few patients.
