Hi I am 17 weeks pregnant and have been sick with cough, chest congestion that won't come up barely, low grade fever, chills, vomiting, nausea for about 4 days and having to sleep sitting up because it feels like a ton of phlegm in my chest. Also the roof of my mouth is sore

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
Your symptoms are suggestive of respiratory tract infection.
I would recommend antibiotics, cough expectorant, steam inhalation twice a day and plenty of warm liquids.
if you are a known asthmatic or have difficulty breathing then inpatient admission and treatment with intravenous antibiotics recommended after due tests
