hi
fall on head is quiet dangerous casing blunt trauma to the important parts
you might have hit your neck or cervicalspine
please check for your blood pressure, heart rate
check out for x-ray cervical neck spine or a MRI C-SPINE
immobilise the neck untill the investigations are done
by then you can take painkillers for pain relief
