What Is The Solution For Retraction In Both Ear Drums, Allergies, Sinus Problems, Clicking In Ears When Yawning?

Hi have have retraction in both my ear drums, although my right one is painful my left is fine. I have been diagnosed with allergies and have been on antihistamines and steroid nasal spray for almost 1 month now. Ear pain and retracted ear drum hasn't got any better. I have also had a lot of sinus bother in past too. I was able to pop my ears and now can pop left but the painful right one doesn't seem to pop. I've tried yawning and can hear clicking but when go checks the retraction is still the same.

Hello

Please dont try to pop your ears , specially when u are having a sinus infection!!
You should meet your ent doctor, who will examine you and treat the sinus infection , once that resolves , you will feel better.
I would like you to continue your sprays and if possible try yoga , specially pranayama. it will help
Thanks
