What Is The Solution For Swollen And Sore Tonsils, Fever, Cough And Stomach Ache?

Hi, for the past two days, my tonsils have been swollen with white lines and it is very sore to swallow. I ve had a slight fever, stomach ache, and a moderate cough with phlegm in my lungs and throat. I don t have insurance and can t afford prescription meds. What should I do?

Hello I have read your query .
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids ,
If you can afford take combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen , Antihistaminic levocetirizine , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C for 5 days.
