What Is The Solution For Yellow Putty-like Painless Sticky Bump On Crotch?

In my crotch area I have a tiny, painless bump. It s not noticeable unless felt, and instead of it going out like a pimple, it feels like it goes in. Curiosity caught me, and I pinched it. It didn t hurt at all, but I grew a little worried when this yellow putty-like string slowly squeezed out. It was very sticky, and there was much of it. What might this be?
