What Is The Spot Near The Breast With White Or Bloody Discharge?

Hello. For months now I have had a spot you could call it, Close to my nipple which constantly produces White pus or discharge when squeezed but recently blood is coming out of it. The area is not red but is very tender to touch and I m not very sure what to do.

As this problem is since long, it requires investigations like Mammogram and biopsy of the lesion.
Consult surgeon and get examined thoroughly.
After proper diagnosis plan of treatment can be decided.
