What Is The Strange Smell In My Nose Along With A Taste At The Back Of My Tongue??

Hi i have a strange smell in my nose that comes and goes, along with a taste a the back of my tongue, im very tired and have a funny head along with headaches at time. i have no cold or sinus infection.
i have also carried out a dip stick urine test and it reulted in traces of blood

It is possible that you maybe having a dental infection, which is causing the smell and taste, please met your dentist to confirm this and guide you further.
