What Is The Strong Vaginal Odor After A Surgical Abortion?

Surgical Abortion at 9wks. Took place 2 Saturday's ago. Noticed mild vaginal odor that quickly became more than mild (same smell as BV) I have antibiotics given by dr on the day of surg but also have Flagyl..... Any suggestions? Should I be concerned? Emergent situation considering procedure? 32 yoa 5ft2in great med history. 3 preg 3 full term healthy vaginal births prior to this one.
