What Is The Success Rate Of Removing Tumors From Brain?

My friend 55yrs old was just had a lime sized tumor removed from the front left lobe of her brain, they were unable to get the whole tumor and discovered it is GBM. They are transferring her to a rehab center for chemo and radiation, does this sound very promising?
