What Is The Sudden Onset Of Hip Pain Radiating To Knee?

I have severe and sudden onset hip pain. It responds to anti-inflammatories but is affecting movement and is too painful to manage without pills. Previously had a history of psoriatic arthritis but nothing for 15 years. The pain is travelling to my knee.
