Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
by analysing your history and your BMI is above the ideal range and indicates you are overweight. This means you are heavier than is healthy for someone of your height.
this kind of excess of weight can increase risk of type 2 diabetes.
right now your results are showing borderline and in this stage its fully reversible.
try to do exercise daily and reduce your weight by 10 kgs
regards
Best Regards.
