What Is The Suggestion For Allergic Urticarial Rash With Itching And Inflammation?

Hi doctor... I m 33 year old man. I am facing some allergic rash since last 2 months. Dr has diagnsed it as urticarial rash. Av tried mebendazole, incid-L, cetrizine, omee-d, avil-25 in the course of many follow up regarding this. This gav very little success. But now the scene is very different. Now the rash started to devlop primarily on palm of hands n feet. There is some itching n inflamtion on foreskin n prepuce. Which is getting worse. THere were some days in the middle of the course when the front part of my tongue faild to identify any taste but it recovered aftr the use of incid L n mebex. Kindly advice me in this regards as early as possible.
