What Is The Suggestion For Headache And Leg And Neck Pain?

I m 23 years old and i m having headache almost every day, i did go to see neurologist and he tried everything all those scans nothing.Yesterday i went to E.R and they give me 3 shots for pain. But today im feeling different, im tired my head hurts, legs arms my neck,i have swallowed eyes and my cheeks hurts to i dont know should i go to doctor again before i go to the Iowa City on Monday... Im not felling good right now? Please help?

I need more details before suggesting diagnoses and treatment options.
1. Any vomitting?
2. Any nausea?
3. Unilateral or bilateral?
4. Throbbing pulse like pain?
5. Photophobia?
6. Phonophobia?
7. Neck pain?
8. Pain radiating to arms?
9. Duration of pain?

To me, this sounds like either a possible migraine, or a tension headache.The answers to above questions will help me reach the diagnosis and accordingly, I can suggest further management.
