What Is The Suggestion For Pain On Forehead After A Chest Stand?
I was doing a chest stand (gymnastics) and my head started hurting shortly after, not really bad to the point i cant take it, but enough to make me put a rag on it. i know it has something to do with the chest-stand. But what do you think this is? It hurts on the left side of my forehead, to the top-left side of my nose.
Hello, Thanks for the query. It could be due to some minor contusion that had occurred during the head stand. Nothing much to worry as it will subside with simple conservative measures. As of now you can take analgesics like acetaminophen or diclofenac for pain relief. You can do a CT scan in case of persistent pain or symptoms like vomiting or dizziness. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
