What Is The Tender And Movable Ball Like Thing Under The Skin?

A week ago i thought I got a pimple overnite. It s been a week and i have a small moveable ball like thing under my skin. It is a bit tender. It is in an area where a cyst had been removed a few years ago and had juvederm put in to fill in the scar a few months ago. I m nervous about it.

Read and understood that you had a surgery in the same spot a few years ago.
Now that there is development of the movable lump at the same spot. It is a bit tender too.
I would advise you the following:
First of all try to consult the same Surgeon who had operated it.
Get an opinion and request for removal of the lump in total to avoid further complications.
Do not worry so much, the histopathology of the lump will confirm what it is.
