What Is The Thick Discharge After Taking Naturogest Vaginally?

hi , just had an ivf cycle recently and the doctor has prescribed me to take naturogest 200 mg vaginall twice a day, ie morning and night. I am worried if its doing its job since I get a thick discharge after insertion through out the day even though I lie down for atleast 30 mins after inserting the medicine. Is it normal?
