What Is The Tickling Sensation In Arms After A Miscarriage?

Hi docs last week i had a miss carriage,but my before that my lupus level was high,now im haveing these funny sensations in my arms and my legs its feels like ticking but it can last allday,i have thyroid and raynalds aswell. anyidea what this could be ,cause its annoying.
