What Is The Time Required To Detoxify THC From Body?

Hi, I have a question about marijuana. I started smoking in June close to July and stop smoking around September 19th. I'm 5'6 and weigh appox. 130lbs. I've been exercising for about an hour a day, and been drinking water. How long will it take for the THC to get completely out of my system?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
As a general rule in acute use of marijuana, the drug is flushed out in 3 days
In chronic use, it may take upto 3 months. So in your case I would assume about 2-3 months time would be needed to flush it out.
