my left hand tingles, it runs from my hand sometimes up my arm a little ways and my hand really itches at that moment. I know this will sound crazy but it seems to happen mostly when I sit down at my computer. I mean right at that moment I sit it starts. If I am moving it goes away and it I am up busy it doesn't happen at all???

General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected Sir, hi I evaluated your question thoroughly. It`s not crazy , its directly related to your improper angulation of the wrist while you are working with the computer. Properly maintain angle of the wrist while you are working with the computer in that way that it doesn`t get improper angulations, get proper rest space for distal 1/2 of your forearm, and level should be same for keyboard, wrist and you both eblows. I hope this will clear your issue for ever thanks regards take care bye
