hi i am male 61 years , i have ben diagnosed with prostatomegaly grade 1 , with prostate mmmmis mild enlarged in size and course echotexture. prostate measures 36 x 34 x 35mm , volume: 23cc..is there any thing that i need to worry and is there any medication that i may have to go for

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have grade one enlarged Prostate which is common at this age and nothing to be worried about it.
If you have obstructed voiding symptoms like increase frequency for urination,Nocturia,weak urinary stream,urgency etc ,take Take medication like Tomsulosin once daily.
This will help to relieve obstructive urinary symptoms and improve urine flow.
