What Is The Treatment Available For Arthrofibrosis?

Do any of your doctors have experience treating arthrofibrosis? I have had a total knee replacement and 2 revisions in the last 2 years, all with significant scar tissue formation afterwards, currently my range of motion is next to nothing, I get swelling with sitting for any periods of time, and I am in pain all the time.
