What Is The Treatment For 95% Blurness In Vision Considering A History Of Hypertension?

Hello doctor. I am Vikram from Mauritius I got a serious problems in my left eyes. I can only 5 to 10 percent. The eyes is very blurred and I can see something black roaming inside. In fact I got a hypertension since 2 weeks . But I got to see many doctors no improve not of my eyes. What treatment should I do or wat I need to do?

Hyper tension is to be controlled.detail eye examination is to be done. FundUs examination to see media is clear or not.Foveal reflex retina for hypertensive changes.Pinholevison of left eye to be recorded.With result you have to consult an eye doctor.What is right eye vision?
