What Is The Treatment For Ganglion Near The Collarbone?

I have a ganglion cyst on my clavicle. I had it examined by a doctor about four years ago and he referred me to a surgeon. The surgeon examined it and seemed "put out" in fact he was very short with me and told me that it wasnothing to worry about. I left feeling very dissatisfied.

It is the size of a half dollar and doesn't seem to be shrinking.
